Inside Sales Expert (ISE)

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Expert that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

 

Responsibilities

•      Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

•      Understand customer needs and requirements.

•      Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer.

•      Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

•      Maintain and expand your database of prospects.

•      Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

•      Perform effective online demos to prospects.

 

Your Profile

•      Graduation and above (Any discipline)

•      1-3 years proven Inside sales experience in Technology, software sales or IT solution/services is a must.  

•      Excellent English verbal and written communications skills is a must.  

•      IT solution/services pitching experience is a must.  

•      Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

•      Strong listening and presentation skills.

•      Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

•      Ability to work in an international environment.

•      Candidates who want to restart their career after maternity/paternity leave – preferred.

•      Should be able to work independently.

•      You can join immediately or within the one – month notice period.
