Job Description: Designer and Typist
Are you a skilled individual with a keen eye for design and a knack for precision typing? We are seeking a talented Designer and Typist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing documents and materials while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in typing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Work: Utilize your creativity and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW to produce high-quality designs for various projects such as posters, banners, flyers, and digital graphics.
Typing Tasks: Demonstrate exceptional typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word to accurately transcribe documents, reports, and other textual content. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain formatting consistency is crucial.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including other designers, writers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
Efficiency: Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for typing tasks, including formatting and editing documents.
Strong knowledge and experience in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW for design work.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in typing and design.
Creativity and the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
Time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Previous experience or a portfolio demonstrating skills in design and typing tasks is preferred but not required.
