The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Participate in the development of proposals, including creating customized presentations and negotiating terms and agreements, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts by identifying new markets, business opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, products, pricing, and market positioning to identify areas for differentiation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align business strategies and ensure a cohesive approach.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, preparing regular reports and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage and track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and the overall pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and evolving customer needs through continuous learning and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 2+ years’ of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salary: INR 20,000/month + Commission
