Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Developing new client base from the portfolio. Targeting SME & Corporate clients.
• Conduct calls to book meetings with potential clients interested.
• Prepare and send company proposal to the client interested.
• Maintaining the client data & feedback given by the client
• Establish effective communication network and working closely with all internal teams and other supporting groups.
• Follow-up regarding meeting & deal.
• Ensure strict adherence of sales process & internal procedures
• Will work closely with the digital marketing team and generate leads.
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
• Graduate from any stream
Experience:
• Minimum 1 + years of experience as Telecaller
Language:
• Should know English/Hindi/Marathi with proficiency in reading/writing/ speaking
Gender:
• Female/Male
Age:
• 22-30 Years
Offering Compensation:
• Gross INR. 15-20k (Per month)
Expected Joining Period:
• At the earliest
