Job Description Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
● Assist sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
● Coordinate with senior sales leaders (VP, National Heads) for updates and requirements
● Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (Zoho or other systems)
2. Client Coordination
● Handle client inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
● Ensure timely response to customer queries
● Coordinate demos, installations, and service support
3. Order Processing
● Process orders and coordinate with operations team for execution
● Track dispatch, delivery, and installation of GPS / IoT devices
● Maintain proper documentation (PO, invoices, agreements)
4. MIS & Reporting
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
● Track sales targets vs achievements
● Maintain lead pipeline and status reports
5. Internal Coordination
● Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, and Technical teams
● Ensure smooth installation, billing, and product support
6. Payment Follow-up
● Follow up with clients for payments
● Share payment status with accounts team Required Skills
● Strong communication and coordination skills
● Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
● Basic understanding of sales process and documentation
● Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience
● 3–4 years in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Back-office sales
● Experience in GPS Tracking / IoT / SaaS / Telecom industry preferred Qualification
