North Indian Commi Chef / Assistant Chef / Helper

The Commi Chef at WildDunes Eco-Stay will support daily kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring consistent quality in all dishes. The role requires a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and an understanding of sustainable cooking practices aligned with the eco-stay philosophy. ● Basic culinary training or 1–2 years of kitchen experience ● Knowledge of Indian cuisine (Odia cuisine is a plus) ● Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ● Willingness to stay/work in a nature-based, remote eco-stay setup Skills Required ● Basic knife skills and cooking techniques ● Mirja and CurryPreparation ● Time management and multitasking ● Teamwork and communication ● Attention to detail ● Adaptability and willingness to learn
