Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that are aligned with the school’s curriculum and meet the learning needs of students.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that are engaging, challenging, and relevant to the students’ interests and abilities.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success.
Assess student progress regularly using a range of formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Communicate with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and provide strategies for supporting their learning at home.
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to develop and implement school-wide policies and initiatives that support student success.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Physics education.
Ensure that all students have equal access to learning opportunities, regardless of their background or ability.
Requirements:

A postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field.
A teaching qualification, such as a B.Ed. or M.Ed.
Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Physics.
Ability to plan, deliver, and assess high-quality instruction.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in Physics education.
A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
