Job Description:
Are you a dynamic communicator with a flair for persuasive conversation? Do you possess the skills to convert potential customers through phone calls and chat interactions? If so, we’re looking for talented Digital Marketers to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills to kick-start or advance their career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate interest.
• Chat Engagement: Engage with website visitors through live chat, answer inquiries, and guide them towards product information or purchase.
• Lead Conversion: Effectively communicate product benefits, answer queries, and convince prospects to convert into customers.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Hindi with clear and articulate communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
A persuasive and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills for chat interactions and data entry.
Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
