**JOB TITLE:** Junior Advocate / Legal Associate **FIRM NAME:** U & K Associates (Advocates & Legal Consultants) **LOCATION:** Noida / Surajpur, Gautam Budh Nagar --- ### **ABOUT THE FIRM** U & K Associates is a litigation-focused law firm dealing in civil, criminal, family, consumer, and commercial matters before District Courts, Consumer Forums, and other judicial authorities. --- ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a motivated and dedicated **Junior Advocate** to assist in litigation work and court appearances. The candidate will work closely with senior advocates and gain hands-on experience in drafting, research, and court procedures. --- ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Drafting of legal documents including plaints, written statements, legal notices, affidavits, applications, and replies * Court appearances before District Courts, Consumer Courts, and other forums * Conducting legal research and case law analysis * Assisting seniors in case preparation and strategy * Client interaction and case briefing * Maintaining case files and documentation --- ### **ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA** * LL.B.
