Overview

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue and drive sales for our company’s products or services. You will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our offerings. Effectively communicate how our products/services can address the specific needs of the customer.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Understand their business requirements and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Negotiation and Closing: Engage in price negotiations, handle objections, and work towards closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support. Address any concerns or issues raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field is desirable.
