Payment Agent

Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals in India to become our local payment agents, supporting our goal of streamlining the payment process and providing exceptional service to our clients. As a payment agent, you will have the flexibility to choose the payment method that suits you best, including Phonepe, UPI, PayTM, GooglePay, or IMPS. You will play a vital role in facilitating secure and efficient financial transactions.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Transaction Processing:** Handle both deposits and withdrawals using your chosen payment method, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
2. ***Urgent Payments:** Timely execution of urgent payment requests.
3. **Monthly Commission:** Earn a competitive commission of 7% for deposits and 2% for withdrawals, based on the volume of transactions you process. Your commission will be paid on a monthly basis.
**Qualifications:**
– **Indian Nationality:** You must be an Indian national to apply for this role.
– **Access to Payment Methods:** Access to and proficiency in at least one of the preferred payment methods (Phonepe, UPI, PayTM, GooglePay, IMPS).
– **Financial Responsibility:** Demonstrated ability to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly.

– **Communication Skills:** Effective communication skills and a good command of English.
– **Customer-Centric:** A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and support.
– **Honesty and Integrity:** Strong ethical values and integrity in handling financial transactions.
– **Due Diligence:** Willingness to undergo a due diligence process as part of the application.
