Overview

• Build high quality relationship with customers by actively listening and responding appropriately to Queries, Concern and Request
• To ensure customer filing (database) – Retrieved and handed over is managed well, documentation of every interaction through recorded systems for future reference.
• Manage escalations with concerned and ensure the matter is closed loop in best interest of business.
• Preparing Allotment Letters, Demand notes, Receipts, Agreement/Sale Deed Execution.
• Assist CRM team in payment collection.
• Coordinate with various internal departments for processing customer agreement & ensure all the documentation is kept ready based on the process & procedures.
• Maintaining customer database & preparing required weekly & monthly reports.

What are we looking for? (Specific Skill Set)
• Language proficiency – English, Kannada, other regional languages would be an added advantage.
• Should be empathetic, responsible and must be go -getter to resolve customer queries or complaints.
• Should be technically sound on Applications, systems and Processes.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer facing and problem handling roles.
• Past experience from Real estate (Residential/ Commercial) – CRM  – not mandatory
