Roles & Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment process. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media. • Screen and shortlist candidate profiles. • Conduct HR interviews and telephonic screening. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients. • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining. • Maintain recruitment database and records. • Post job openings on various hiring platforms. • Handle offer follow-ups and onboarding coordination.
