Overview

• Conduct thorough enterprise valuations utilizing a variety of methodologies, such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, precedent transactions, and asset-based approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, historical performance, and industry trends to support accurate valuations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial feasibility studies to evaluate the viability and profitability of potential business ventures, projects, or investments.
• Develop detailed financial models that project revenue, expenses, cash flows, and other key financial metrics.
• Lead the creation of compelling presentations for debt financing purposes, demonstrating a clear understanding of the client’s financial position, repayment capacity, and risk management strategies
• .Design and deliver persuasive presentations tailored for private equity (PE) funds, showcasing investment opportunities with well-supported financial projections and growth potential
• .Provide expert financial advisory services to clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges related to valuation, financial feasibility, and investment strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices within the field of financial consulting and advisory.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional development.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, expectations, and requirements, building strong relationships that foster long-term partnerships.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial consulting and advisory roles, with a strong focus on enterprise valuations, financial feasibility assessments, and presentations for debt financing and investments.
In-depth knowledge of various valuation methodologies and hands-on experience in conducting valuations for diverse industries.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and using relevant software tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proven track record of developing persuasive presentations for debt financing and investment opportunities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with the capacity to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of an organization.
