Key Responsibilities:

Maintain student records and track career progression.
Assist in developing career resources and training materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Career Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in career counseling, recruitment, or student placement.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of resume writing, job search strategies, and career development tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other career networking platforms.
