Overview

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using effective communication and persuasion skills.

Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.

Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.

Keep accurate records of calls and sales made.

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or Sales Executive.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
