Overview
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic or international travel destinations.
- Attend the inbound customer calls and provide the Travel plan and itinerary.
- Should educate about destinations and seasonal travel plans.
- Daily routine follow ups with customers till lead to a conversion into sales.
- Should be flexible to support customers on tour with the help of the Operations team.
