Field Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Gather well-researched political insights and monitor voter behavior 2. Identify emerging political trends 3. Stay updated with current political developments 4. Manage field operations effectively 5. Coordinate and lead field teams 6. Handle logistics and resource management efficiently 7. Collect and verify ground-level data for accuracy 8. Prepare field reports and share regular updates with reporting authorities 9. Build and maintain local networks and stakeholder contacts 10. Support strategy execution based on field feedback Qualifications: * Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Journalism, MBA, MSW, or a related field preferred 2. Proven experience in political campaigns or field operations 3. Strong understanding of the political and social dynamics of Maharashtra is a must 4. Candidates with knowledge of public policy, government schemes, and administrative structure will be preferred * Skills and Competencies: 5. Strong leadership and team management skills 6. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights 7. Problem-solving and decision-making ability in field situations 8. Good communication and coordination skills 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment 10. High adaptability and willingness to travel extensively 11. Basic knowledge of survey tools and data collection methods
