I Pre-Purchase Order Process: a. Acknowledgment of Enq. ,Enq. printing, Stock check, Price workout, previous price checking etc. b. Entering enquiries into google spreadsheet Quotations & Negotiations a. Preparing detailed quotations-pricing, delivery terms, and payment schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs. For in-stock product quotation to be issue within 10 min to 1 hr and for timeline products on the same day. b. Coordinating with internal teams to clarify product specifications and availability. c. Taking updates and follow ups with Purchase dept. for pending (timeline) enquiries II. Post-Purchase Order Process: 1 Purchase Order Management: a Receive and review purchase orders to ensure all details (pricing, terms, quantities) are accurate. b Confirm the purchase order with the client and communicate the expected delivery schedule. 2 Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with Dispatch, QA, and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
