Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively source potential internship candidates through various channels..
2. Support the HR team in managing employee records.
3. Participate in the recruitment process by conducting screenings and assisting in the selection process.
4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies and procedures.
5. Provide administrative support, including maintaining HR documentation and assisting with day-to-day HR tasks.
