Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Sales Lead to join our dynamic cybersecurity company. As a Cybersecurity Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the cybersecurity market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their cybersecurity needs, and present our comprehensive range of cybersecurity services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in various industries
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online resources.
Conduct thorough research and analysis
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with technical experts and cybersecurity consultants within the company
Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements to successfully close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging cybersecurity threats, and advancements in cybersecurity technologies Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Collaborate with the marketing team
Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) communication and sales, knowledge about the technologies
Hands on virtual boutique sales is an advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A degree in Cybersecurity or a technical discipline is a plus.
Proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity services or related IT solutions
In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry
Strong understanding of various cybersecurity solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify new market opportunities and competitive differentiators.
Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry or working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) is highly desirable.
