Job Synopsis:

·         Liaising with client and design team for work delivery.

·         Daily client coordination for understand the requirements and giving suggestions, sharing work updates, getting work approvals from the client.

·         Social media promotion planning and ideate social media campaigns and execution.

·         Maintaining daily and monthly report of client’s work activities.

·         Maintaining a good professional relationship with existing and new clients.

·         Understanding client’s needs and meeting the client’s deliverables flawlessly to perfection.

·         Maintaining daily work report for activities done by self and the team.

·         Client competitor and industry analysis for design, post and campaign ideation.

·         Assigning work to designer and content write for social media and posting for clients on various social media platforms.

·         Checking of social media posts, approving and sending them to clients.

·         Follow up with other departments regarding delivery of project and coordinating with the team & clients for creating content bank of social media for the clients.

·         Extensive research and planning on behalf of various clients to conduct promotional activities, campaigns and events.

·         Regular research on Social Media Platforms to stay updated with the latest technology for implementing the same for the client’s account.
