Overview
Operations Executive in Freight Forwarding and Logistics is responsible for managing and coordinating the operational aspects of shipping and logistics services, with a specific focus on handling US customers and leveraging existing contacts in the US market. Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for US customers, understanding their needs and requirements.

Freight Coordination:

Documentation and Compliance:

Cost Management:
