Role Description:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Should be comfortable to work from Office.
• Experience in Education/ Training/Sales is a plus.
• Handles Calls on lead generated.
• Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
• Regular follow-ups with potential Students.
• Overall problem solving for students and co-ordination as necessary.
• Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.
• Generate relevant reports from the same.
• Contribute towards revenue generation by counseling and converting students for various Educational firms Pan India through personal counseling, telephone calls and emails and other mode of communication.
• Ensure collection of outstanding fee from parents within the specified time.
• ENSURE A SMOOTH STUDENT JOURNEY FROM START TO END.
