CAM Operator

Key Responsibilities • Create CNC programs using CAM software for mould and die manufacturing • Interpret technical drawings and convert them into machining programs • Optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy • Coordinate with design and tool room teams • Ensure quality standards and precision in machining • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues • Maintain proper documentation of programs and processes Requirements • 3–8 years of experience as a CAM Operator • Experience in plastic injection moulding (automotive preferred) • Hands-on experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Powermill, etc.) • Good understanding of CNC machining processes • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings • Strong problem-solving skills Education • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
