Job Description

1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Monitor and analyze sales trends to take timely action. Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence. 2. Team Management Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives / Sales Officers. Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls. Set performance goals and review team performance regularly. 3. Market & Competitor Analysis Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Propose strategies to enhance market share and product visibility. Monitor pricing, promotions, and product placements. 4. Channel Management Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retailers. Ensure proper coverage, availability, and merchandising in all outlets. Monitor distribution gaps and optimize supply chain efficiency. 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and action plans. Maintain documentation of sales activities, expenses, and customer interactions. Communicate area performance updates to senior management.
