Job Summary:-
We are hiring Business Development Associates to join our Inside Sales Team at our Narhe, Pune office.
The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and converting qualified leads into enrollments for our premium upskilling programs under Profit-
uni, Be10X, and allied brands.
This opportunity is open to freshers as well as experienced sales professionals and offers strong earning potential along with fast-track career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective learners and introduce House of EdTech programs
Understand customer needs, career goals, and learning requirements
Pitch and sell professional courses related to the Stock Market
Build strong rapport with prospects and conduct structured follow-ups
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead conversion rates
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Prior experience in sales or telecalling is an advantage
Basic English communication skills
Marathi language mandatory
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Target-driven mindset with resilience and negotiation capability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow in a performance-oriented environment
Personal laptop is mandatory
