Job description
A showroom sales executive’s responsibilities include:
Customer service: Assisting customers with product inquiries, providing information about products and services, and handling sales transactions
Showroom management: Maintaining the showroom’s appearance, including the proper display of products
Sales: Achieving sales targets by engaging with customers, explaining the store’s offerings, and helping customers choose products
Communication: Communicating with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients
Relationship building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Sales analysis: Analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
Teamwork: Working with cross-functional teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities
Other responsibilities may include: Cash handling, Sales promotion, Front desk, and Hosting. Some skills that may be useful for a showroom sales executive include: Excellent communication skills, Customer service skills, Retail sales experience, Ability to sell, and Self-motivation and drive to meet targets.
