AR Caller

An AR Caller is responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies. The role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of US healthcare billing processes. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze outstanding AR reports (aging reports) Follow up with insurance companies via calls/emails on pending claims Identify reasons for claim denials and take corrective actions Resubmit claims with corrections when required Work on denied, rejected, and underpaid claims Ensure maximum reimbursement and reduce AR days Document call outcomes and update billing systems Coordinate with internal teams (coding, charge entry) for claim corrections Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements
