– Delivered convincing oral sales presentation to potential clients and investors.

 

– Researched properties pricing trends and made appropriate pricing recommendation to clients.

 

– Effectively market the community through the development of a leads base and selling the community through discovering, presenting and closing qualified leads.

 

– Assisting Buyers with the customizing and selection of their new home and site.

 

– Assisting buyers with the financing of their new Site purchase.

 

– Able to handle work load, work as one team, taking quick decisions, can manage team, drawing conclusion.

 

– Maintain relationship with new and existing client for referrals

 

* Requirements

– Should have good communication skills.

– 1-2 years of relevant experience.

– Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.
