Overview
We are hiring a tele-caller with 2+ years of experience. Candidates from the BPO sector preferred.
Roles and Responsibility:
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
You will be responsible for the following brands:
o Insta Holidays: Setting up appointments, follow ups, new prospects, destination / institutions for tie ups etc
o Academy09: Cold Calling prospective students for enrollments, setting up appointments, follow ups, new prospects, destination / institutions for tie ups etc
o A09 Store: on a case to case basis; follow ups, cold calling, Setting up appointments, follow ups, new prospects etc
