Overview
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, identifying their needs, and offering product recommendations.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating cash registers and handling cash, POS, and other forms of payment.
Build and maintain customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and following up on customer inquiries and requests.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing merchandise shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies to management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with team members and management.
